Congratulations to Kirsty Jennings – MCRFC Volunteer of the Year 2024!

Kirsty is an amazing volunteer for MCRFC and gives her time tirelessly to our Miniroos, Committee and Club.

Kirsty organised our Junior Carnival this year which attracted around 500 registered players and over 1,500 visitors through the gates. It was such a great day for everyone involved and the positive feedback was beyond anything we could have hoped for!

Kirsty says “I encourage everyone to get out there and volunteer for your communities, it is so rewarding to see the kids and players thrive. Often kids and families look forward to places like Marlin Coast Rangers each week and it is the highlight of their family time”.

It takes a village …..

Week in, week out, it takes a huge amount of effort to run game days and other Club projects. We do not retain paid staff as all funds go straight back into the Club and players, and all effort put into the Club is volunteer.

We are always looking for volunteers, whether it’s a few hours at our working bee’s, helping out on game days or with a special project we have underway.
